Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders over 10,000 PKR. Therefore, when your order meets this amount, the checkout page automatically shows the free shipping option. This way, you save on delivery costs easily and without extra effort.

Hludora always works hard to process your order safely and quickly, whether you buy locally or from abroad. Moreover, shipping costs depend on the region and the size of the items. However, these costs fluctuate over time. Therefore, standard shipping rates vary accordingly, so you should check for updates regularly.

Shipping costs may vary for larger items such as summer bags or plus size styles. Also, shipping times are estimates and may be delayed in remote or hard-to-reach areas. To ensure your Hludora product arrives safely and on time, therefore, we partner with major couriers for a smooth and trackable shipping experience.

Taxes and Duties

All product prices at Hludora show in Pakistani rupees (PKR). However, keep in mind that customs tariffs for orders sent outside Pakistan do not come with our prices. Therefore, customers must cover any additional charges that apply.

For International Orders Outside Pakistan:

You need to pay any import taxes or extra fees. Although we cannot tell you the exact cost, your local customs office can help you with a clear estimate based on your location and order details. Even though we try our best to keep delivery smooth, Hludora cannot guess or plan for these extra fees. So, we suggest you check with your customs office before placing an order. Also, remember that Hludora is not responsible for customs delays, charges, or decisions by local authorities since these matters fall outside our control. We thank you for your understanding.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to payments verification, material availability or maximum traffic periods.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. All shipments are sent through trusted messaging services such as DHL or UPS and are traceable online.

Hludora trusts reliable partners like TCS, M&P, and Leopard’s Courier to deliver orders within Pakistan. For international shipments, we use trusted services such as TCS, M&P, and DHL. Also, you can track every order through the Courier’s website. Furthermore, our support team always stands ready to answer any questions you have about your delivery.
