Return and Exchange Policy
At Hludora, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. Each of our products is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packaged to ensure that the customer receives exactly what they want. However, if for any reason a customer receives the wrong item, they should first review our return policy. If they agree to the terms, they can return the incorrect order and receive the correct one.
Our "Oops!" Policy: When Things Aren't Perfect
If you receive a defective order from us, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return for Defective or Damaged Items

Provide photos: Please include clear photos showing the damage or defect, as they may be necessary to process your request or approve an exchange.
Wait for our confirmation: Do not return the product without our confirmation. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Save Original Packaging: Please hold on to all original packaging materials, as they may be needed for shipping carrier claims
Refunds
Shipping and handling charges, as well as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable. All return shipping arrangements and costs must be managed by the customer. Please note that we do not normally offer refunds. However, if you receive an incorrect product due to our error, we will be happy to refund your money after the product is returned and inspected.
Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchange services, but if you receive an incorrect product due to an error from us, we will be happy to exchange it upon receipt and inspection of the return. Kindly note that sale items, promotional offers, and custom-made products are not eligible for exchange. All eligible exchanges must be approved in advance and meet our return conditions.
A Few Important Details
- Items returned must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all labels, accessories, and packaging.
- Items returned must be in original packaging, please note that outer protective packaging is not acceptable.
- Items that are returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- We are not responsible for carrier transit delays or lost/unclaimed packages, but will assist with claims if necessary.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Pieces made specifically on request or tailored to your preferences.
- Items purchased under sales, promotions, or discounted offers.
- Any item that cannot be resold due to its bespoke nature.
Shipping and handling fees are always non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Hludora reserves the right to cancel any order that presents potential risks or discrepancies at its sole discretion.
Cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Your Right to Cancel (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, you must send a clear written request to hello@hludora.com.
Once we confirm receipt of your request and if the order has not yet been shipped, we will proceed with cancellation.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the product will be subject to our return policy conditions.
