Return Eligibility for Handmade Products

You must initiate your Returns and Exchanges request within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not accept return requests after this period.

To qualify for a return:

  • Keep your item unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Retain all the original packaging, accessories, tags, and inserts.
  • If the original packaging cannot be reused, use a protective outer packaging to secure your product.
  • Avoid returning used, damaged, or incomplete items since these do not qualify for Returns and Exchanges.

Important Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

You must obtain approval from Hludora before you send any return package. Do not ship items without authorization, as we will reject unauthorized returns.

You, as the customer, must securely pack your item to prevent damage during return shipping.

Keep in mind, shipping and handling fees, plus any customs duties or taxes, remain non-refundable.

You bear the cost of return shipping.

Also, Hludora cannot control shipping transit times as these vary with carriers and peak seasons.

Items Excluded from Returns and Exchanges

Certain products do not qualify for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Custom-made or personalized products,
  • Handmade pieces crafted specifically to your order,
  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions,
  • Products that cannot be resold due to unique or bespoke features.

Remember, shipping and handling costs always remain non-refundable.

Handling Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact Hodora within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Keep all original packaging and materials for carrier claims.
  • We may request additional proof before approving your exchange.

Although Hludora does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation Policy

Hludora holds the right to cancel any order at its discretion when it identifies risks or discrepancies.

You can cancel your order only before we process or ship it.

Send your cancellation request in writing to contact@hludora.com.

Upon confirmation, if we have not shipped your order, we will cancel it for you.

Once we dispatch your product, cancellations no longer apply. You must use our Returns and Exchanges policy to return your item.
