Hludora prioritizes accuracy, quality, and efficiency at every stage of the delivery process. From the moment your order is confirmed, we strive to provide you with the best possible service.
Standard Dispatch Times
Once your order is confirmed, we will guide you through the easy-to-understand manufacturing process. All standard orders are shipped within 2-4 business days, and all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Important Dispatch Information
- Weekend and other holiday orders will be handled on the next working days.
- Special order or customized bags could require more time to prepare. In this case, our team will provide you with an estimated delivery time directly.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation and follow-up action so you can be confident that your order will be delivered.

Free Shipping
Free shipping provides free standard transport to qualifying orders over 10,000 PKR. If your order qualifies, the free transport option will be automatically displayed at the cash register.
Shipping Fees
Hludora does its best to process your order safely and quickly, whether you are purchasing domestically or internationally. Shipping costs are determined by region and item size, and standard shipping costs are as follows:

To ensure that your Hludora product arrives safely and accurately, we work with major couriers to provide a smooth and trackable shipping experience.
Taxes and Duties
All product prices in Hludora are listed in Pakistani (PKR) rupees and include applicable local taxes. However, keep in mind that our prices do not include customs tariffs for orders sent outside Pakistan. These additional positions, if any, are customer responsibility.
For International Orders Outside Pakistan:
Any import tariff or additional charges will be assumed by the client. We cannot estimate the exact cost, but your local customs office can provide you with a precise estimate based on your location and the details of your order.
Although we do everything possible to make the delivery process as soft as possible, Hludora cannot predict or calculate these charges in advance. We recommend that you communicate with your local customs office for an estimate of the applicable positions before making an order.
Keep in mind that Hludora is not responsible for any customs issue, including costs, delays or actions by local authorities. These processes are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Information
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to payments verification, material availability or maximum traffic periods.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. All shipments are sent through trusted messaging services such as DHL or UPS and are traceable online.
Order Status
All Hludora’s orders are entrusted to the trusted partners: TCS, M&P and Leopard’s Courier for local delivery within Pakistan.
For international shipments, we trust emails such as TCS, M&P & DHL.
Each order can be completely traced through the Courier website, and our support team is available to answer any questions you may have.
